Pauline “Polly” E. Reveal
GOWANDA –Pauline “Polly” E. Reveal of Gowanda passed away Saturday February 3, 2024 at the Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY surrounded by family . Polly was 89 years old.
Born in Miami, Fla. January 1, 1935 the daughter of Vernon and Hattie May (Earl) Reveal.
Pauline raised her 4 children in Gowanda and was a strong willed women with a work ethic that equaled in comparison. She worked for several years at the former Palm Gardens Restaurant in Gowanda, she retired from Lechmere, a retail store in Danvers, Mass. where she was in sales .
Survivors include 3 children; Dale (Thomas) Schneider of Bonita Springs , Fla. , Paula (John “Jay”) Ondus of Gowanda and William (Catherine) Heenan of Fairfax, Va. Pauline is also survived by 18 grandchildren ; Heather Schmidt, Peter Grega, Taylen (Diana) Ott, David Jonathan Ott, Morgan Ott, Nicole Heenan , Will (Kate) Courtney, Fr. Timothy Courtney, Maureen, Anna, Margaret and Sarah Courtney, Ashley(Tim) McKeever, Alexandra and Brendan (Sarah) Omicioli, Skylar Ondus , Elizabeth Omicioli and John Ondus. 19 great grandchildren also survive along with 2 brothers William and George Reveal a sister Geraldine “Gerri” ( Melvin ) Parnell and several nieces and nephews
Besides her parents Pauline was preceded in death by a daughter Patricia ( Heenan Ott) Boldt , a grandson; Jordan Ondus , 2 sisters ; Alice McCoy and Emma Reveal and a brother Gerald Reveal.
Friends may call at the SCHINDLER FUNERAL HOME 44 Center St. Gowanda Saturday February 10, 2024 from 12 noon to 2:00pm where a service will commence at 2:00pm . Interment will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery Gowanda .
Memorials, if desired , may be made to a local charity of one’s choice.
