Lefort joins CWG Architecture
CWG Architecture + Interiors welcomes architect in training Ben Lefort.
Ben Lefort
Lefort joins the CWG team from Montigny-le-Bretonneux, France. He has earned degrees in both architecture and engineering, which gives him a unique and global perspective on any project.
As a French architect, he is excited to learn more about the architectural practices in Montana and to discover and embrace the local culture. During his free time, Ben enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and biking, as well as cooking and baking.
Nicolai promoted at Peccia
Sarah Nicolai, PE, PTP, has been promoted to Transportation Planning and Operations Group Manager at Robert Peccia and Associates (RPA).

In her new position, Nicolai will continue developing and managing projects for numerous state, federal and municipal transportation agencies, as well as private clients throughout the Northwest.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Nicolai has extensive knowledge and background with the development of highway corridor studies, transportation planning and safety assessments, statewide policy documentation, environmental evaluations, and public and stakeholder outreach. She has served on RPA’s board of directors since 2022 and is the past president for the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Montana Section. Nicolai holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in civil engineering from Carroll College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in liberal arts from Carleton College.

Invest in Helena to begin
Invest in Helena, a program of the Helena Area Chamber of Commerce, will be the second Tuesday of every month from February to May.
The first session on Feb. 13, from 4:30-6:30 pm, kicks off with “Community Visioning.”
The event will dive into a brainstorming session to celebrate what makes Helena special and explore avenues for growth.
Invest in Helena is focused on fostering local community development. Participants will receive valuable insights from representatives of community organizations actively addressing and meeting the real-time needs for Helena’s growth.
Monthly meetings held at Lewis and Clark Brewing Co.’s Power Room offer a space for networking and addressing challenges. The following months topics will be, “Build Your Dream Team, Funding Your Vision, and Next Steps to Invest in Your Helena.”
Invest in Helena originated as a platform for people to share a common goal to preserve the essence of Helena.

Helena chamber night coming up
The Helena Chamber of Commerce’s combined Chamber Night + Awards Event, will be Feb. 16 at the Helena Civic Center.
This event is the primary fundraising drive for 2024, blending celebration with community support.
Along with the option of individual tickets and full tables, businesses can donate tables to non-profits, spotlighting their generosity during the event.
