Hello A-J readers!

So far this month, business openings and closings appear to have slowed, which allowed me to work on some other projects. One of these projects involves a Denmark company wanting to reduce food waste and their recent Texas launch.

Too Good To Go is a web-based platform that allows restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and other food businesses to sell their leftover items to customers at a reduced price. The app is active in several Texas cities, including Lubbock and Amarillo.
