WEIRTON – The Weirton Area Water Board has issued a boil order, this morning, for several city streets following work on a water line on Cove Road.
The affected areas include Cove Road, Overbrook Drive, Garden Way, Spring Street, Edna Street, Evelyn Avenue, Anderson Street, Byron Street, Cove Hill Road, Sandy Street and any other customers in those areas who lost water pressure.
Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
