CM Punk shocked the wrestling world at Survivor Series when he appeared after the WarGames main event, making his return to the WWE for the first time in nearly a decade. On Friday night, Punk will make his first appearance on SmackDown since making his return.
During Monday’s edition of Raw, Raw general manager Adam Pearce made it known that he intended to offer Punk an exclusive Raw contract next week. It is still to be seen if SmackDown GM Nick Aldis will try to beat Pearce to the punch, especially after Aldis was able to beat Pearce to signing the recently returned Randy Orton during Raw.
Orton will also be in action on Friday night when he teams with LA Knight to take on The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso.
