The Texans and Browns are jockeying for playoff positioning in Houston, and it was Joe Flacco who owned the first half.
Flacco threw two touchdowns and two interceptions in the first two quarters, including a 75-yard touchdown pass to Amari Cooper. Cooper caught a total of four passes for 173 yards in the first half. Houston got on the board directly after the long Cooper touchdown, as Dameon Pierce returned the ensuing kickoff 98 yards to the house for Houston’s second kick return touchdown on the season.
Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins is dealing with a hamstring injury, and Cleveland did not attempt an extra point on its third touchdown. That will be something to watch moving forward.
