Nebraska Medicine Katie Beach has been promoted to vice president, People Operations at Nebraska Medicine. Beach first joined Nebraska Medicine in 2015, successfully developing a new approach to recruiting and hiring. She began her career in recruitment and leadership consulting before transitioning to human resources leadership. In her new role, Beach will supervise several aspects of HR, including operations and talent acquisition. Beach earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications with a concentration in public relations and advertising from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
