A bomb threat was investigated on Tuesday at Westfield Academy and Central Schools.
According to county Sheriff James Quattrone, the building was evacuated “out of an abundance of caution. Our bomb detection team and bomb detection dogs as well. (We) cleared the building with no incidents.”
Students were taken to the Lakeshore Assembly of God church in Westfield.
