Good morning, Central Ohio! Clouds continue today with a few breaks of sunshine possible. A high-pressure system builds into the area which will keep us dry as we close out the work week. Highs will reach the upper 30s and low 40s. Mostly cloudy skies are on tap for tonight with overnight lows in the low 30s. Sunshine returns on Thursday as clouds clear out. Temperatures will be warmer with highs in the upper 40s and low 50s. By Friday, highs will be over 10 above average in the mid-50s.
Take advantage of the dry weather as a strong low-pressure system arrives for the weekend. Scattered rain showers are possible on Saturday ahead of a cold front. A wet and breezy Crew game will be on tap with temperatures in the upper 50s. The bulk of the rain moves in with the cold front by the evening hours. The precipitation lingers into Sunday with dropping temperatures. Due to the dropping temperatures, the rain will transition into a wintry mix and snow showers. The precipitation ends by Sunday night with dry conditions for the start of the work week.
