Departments battle house fires in city | News, Sports, Jobs

A massive fire impacting two structures was being battled this morning by city and village crews in Dunkirk. The location was reported at 533 Columbus Ave. before 7 a.m. Departments from Dunkirk, East Dunkirk, Fredonia and county Emergency Services were reporting to the scene. Flames glowed in the early morning skies as responders arrived at the scene.
