Elifin opens Lafayette office
A Baton Rouge-based commercial real estate brokerage firm has opened an office in Lafayette.
Elifin opened an office at 600 Jefferson St. in the Chase Tower. It is led by Brandon Abdella, a Broussard native who specializes in industrial sales and leasing.
“The demand for us to do business in Acadiana from our existing clients and prospective clients has increased exponentially, indicating that it was clearly time for us to establish a permanent presence in the market,” company president and CEO Mathew Laborde said in a statement. “I was born and raised in Lafayette, so, taking Elifin to my hometown was always on my mind. It’s just been a matter of the right timing and the right team.”
