Guilty verdict in Trumbull County murder case | News, Sports, Jobs

WARREN – ­After three hours of deliberations, a Trumbull County jury found 30-year-old Kashaun Williams guilty of two counts of aggravated murder, attempted murder, aggravated burglary, kidnapping, felonious assault, assault on a peace officer and receiving stolen property.

Williams was convicted of murdering James Chapman before shooting and attempting to kidnap Chapman’s girlfriend, 24-year-old Martina Moore, on April 2 at Chapman’s home on Lener Avenue SW, Warren.
