Welcome to the 2024 NFL Pro Bowl games! This marks the second year of the NFL’s revamped Pro Bowl format, and things will conclude Sunday with a 7-on-7 flag football game between the AFC and NFC Pro Bowlers.
The AFC squad is being coached by NFL legend Peyton Manning, while his brother Eli Manning coaches the NFC side. Star players include Tyreek Hill and CeeDee Lamb (here are the original rosters) as well as replacements including Jalen Hurts in for Brock Purdy, and Baker Mayfield in for Dak Prescott (here’s a look at the replacements)
The new Pro Bowl format is a two-day event that kicked off on Thursday night, when Mayfield and several Dallas Cowboys stars helped the NFC take an early lead by winning other events such as golf, dodgeball and precision passing (check out how it happened here). Other events on Sunday included tug-of-war and the Gridiron Gauntlet.
Points for winning an event are tallied into a total score that will determine which conference is the 2024 Pro Bowl Games winner.
So, will the NFC repeat as champs in the new format, or will the AFC come back? Keep it locked here for all the latest updates and highlights.
