Power outage forces early dismissal in city | News, Sports, Jobs

A partial power outage has impacted the Dunkirk City School District.

In a note posted on Facebook, the district said it is implementing the emergency go-home procedure at the secondary school on Friday afternoon. Students who are transported by bus were to be provided transportation at the usual dismissal time.
