Rili.ai today launched its mobile app by the same name, allowing users to create a digital version of themselves. It is leveraging the power of artificial intelligence in combination with voice cloning and lip-sync technologies to make an accurate digital version of a person.
The company says users can train their digital avatars with content in over 100 languages and lets others to engage in a conversation with their digitised version anytime anywhere. To train their digital self, users will be able to share knowledge and information in the form of written messages or by speaking into the microphone.
Rili.ai will also allow people to integrate their digital avatars with their social media accounts on websites like YouTube, X, and Twitch. This will help the app to understand and collect personalised information from user profiles and offer a customised experience based on their preferences.
It also has an ‘Explore’ feature that allows users on the platform to search for their favourite Rili users and help find new people who align with their interests, talk to them using the chat feature and even see past conversations.
Like other social media platforms, it also allows users to create their favourite Rili lists, add likes to chats and phrases and share conversations on other platforms. The alpha version of Rili.ai is currently available for download on Android as well as iOS, but you will need to join the waitlist before being able to use the service.
