JAMESTOWN — SMP Health – Ave Maria recently received two Pinnacle Customer Experience Awards for 2024, ranking in the top 15% of the nation based on Pinnacle survey results from family, residents and tenants. Pinnacle conducted interviews with SMP Health – Ave Maria customers over the last year, assessing satisfaction across multiple service aspects.
SMP Health – Ave Maria offers skilled nursing and assisted living services. One award was presented for the assisted living facility and one award was for the skilled nursing facility.
This is the second time SMP Health – Ave Maria has received honors through Pinnacle.
Pinnacle Quality Insight is a quality assurance company that surveys residents and families monthly as well as employees.

Pinnacle Quality Insight said SMP Health – Ave Maria AL (assisted living) scored in the top 15% of the nation across a 12-month average. It was recognized for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in the service areas of dining service, dignity and respect, individual needs and recommend to others.

It was recognized for achieving best-in-class customer satisfaction standards in the following service areas: overall satisfaction, dining service, quality of food, cleanliness, individual needs, laundry service, communication from facility, response to problems, dignity and respect, recommend to others, activities, professional therapy services, admission process, safety and security and overall customer experience.
