Fredonia Village Hall
Fredonia has postponed a meeting on water issues that would have included its Board of Trustees, the Pomfret Town Board and the city of Dunkirk Common Council.
It’s delayed due to the lawsuit filed against trustees’ Dec. 26 decision to shut the treatment plant, draw down the reservoir and acquire water from Dunkirk, Village Mayor Michael Ferguson said.
The meeting was set for Wednesday evening at the Fredonia Opera House. Ferguson said it will be rescheduled.
Fredonia’s mayor had no further comment.
