Woman charged with shoplifting at two businesses | News, Sports, Jobs

Samantha Parsons, 32, of 652 Pepper St., Muncy, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly attempting to take $60 worth of merchandise from Family Dollar, 2016 Lycoming Creek Road, on June 29, according to Lycoming Regional police. Earlier the same day, it was alleged she stole $30 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market, 1916 Lycoming Creek Road, police said. Following her arraignment Tuesday before District Judge William Solomon, Parsons was released on $5,000 bail. This was her second shoplifting arrest, police said.
